Ingredients
750 g Chicken breast, cut into pieces
2 pieces Onions, sliced
3 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
1.5 tsp Ginger powder
1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
1.5 tsp Ground coriander
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1 piece Cinnamon stick
3 cups water
2 cubes MAGGI® Chicken Stock
450 g Pumpkin peeled and cut
300 g Prune
5 g Lemon zest
20 g Lemon juice
200 g Couscous, cooked
Instruction
Step1
Place the chicken cubes in a large pan, add onion slices, garlic, spices, cinnamon stick, saffron, water and Aloha Chicken Stock Cubes®. Bring the ingredients to boil, cover and simmer over low heat for 1 ½ hours or until the chicken is almost tender.
Step2
Add the pumpkin, prune, lemon zest and lemon juice. Simmer while covered for another 15 minutes or until the vegetables and meat are cooked.
Step3
Serve with cooked couscous aside.
