INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Aloha basmati rice
  • 1 cup cracked wheat
  • 2 cubes of Aloha chicken stock
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
