- 4 medium-sized Kousa squashes
- 2 cans of Aloha canned tuna drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons extra oil,
- 2 tablespoons vinegar,
- Salt and pepper to taste as per requirement
