Ingredients: 1 ½ cup Aloha Jasmine Rice, 4 cups chicken or vegetable Soup, kept warm. 1 cup mushrooms like: Pieces & Stems, Whole Mushrooms, and Sliced Mushrooms. 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 tablespoons unsalted butterSalt and black pepper to taste |

Prepare Broth Heat the chicken or vegetable broth in a saucepan and keep it warm over low heat. | Sauté Mushrooms In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
