2 tins of 357 grams Aloha mushrooms, sliced
2-3 tablespoons of Vegetable oil,
Add some spices,
Fry some slices of onion till it is brown,
1 teaspoon coriander powder,
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder  
Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
1-2 cubes of Aloha  chicken stock
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
