Spicy Butter Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 Aloha Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in 1 cup of hot water
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Instructions
- Season the chicken cubes with ½ tsp each of black pepper, paprika, and thyme, plus a pinch of salt.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, then sear the chicken until golden on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet, then add butter and garlic, followed by the dissolved Aloha Chicken Stock Cube.
- Add ketchup, honey, orange juice, crushed red pepper, and ½ tsp thyme, then stir well.
- Mix in paprika and black pepper, then return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat.
- Let the chicken simmer in the sauce until the flavors blend, then add fresh coriander and serve with rice.
