1- Prepare the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Shape into medium-sized meatballs.
2- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the meatballs until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3- In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic until golden.
4- Add Aloha chopped mushrooms and cook until softened. Dissolve the Aloha Chicken Stock Cube in ½ cup of water and pour it into the skillet.
5- Stir in cooking cream and let it simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.
6- Return the meatballs to the skillet, coat them with the sauce, and let them cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.
7- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy the rich and creamy flavor.
