Instructions1- In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, then add the washed Aloha Jasmine Rice and cook.2- In a pan, prepare the tuna filling: Heat olive oil, add onion, and sauté until softened.3- Add Aloha Tuna, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg, then stir well with the onions.4- Grease a baking dish with butter. Add half of the Aloha Jasmine Rice, then spread the tuna filling over it, followed by the remaining rice.5- In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, black pepper, and cooking cream together, then pour over the rice.6- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.7- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
