Spicy Butter Garlic Chicken Prep Time10 minutes Cooking Time25 minutes ServingsServes 2 Ingredients400g chicken breast, cut into cubes1 tsp black pepper1½ tsp paprika1 tsp dried thymeA pinch of salt1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp butter5 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp crushed red pepper1 Aloha Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in 1 cup of hot water2 tbsp ketchup¼ cup orange juice1 tbsp honey2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander InstructionsSeason the chicken cubes with ½ tsp each of black pepper, paprika, and thyme, plus a pinch of salt.In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, then sear the chicken until golden on both sides.Remove the chicken from the skillet, then add butter and garlic, followed by the dissolved Aloha Chicken Stock Cube.Add ketchup, honey, orange juice, crushed red pepper, and ½ tsp thyme, then stir well.Mix in paprika and black pepper, then return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat.Let the chicken simmer in the sauce until the flavors blend, then add fresh coriander and serve with rice.
