Spicy Butter Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 Aloha Chicken Stock Cube, dissolved in 1 cup of hot water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

 

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with ½ tsp each of black pepper, paprika, and thyme, plus a pinch of salt.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, then sear the chicken until golden on both sides.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet, then add butter and garlic, followed by the dissolved Aloha Chicken Stock Cube.
  4. Add ketchup, honey, orange juice, crushed red pepper, and ½ tsp thyme, then stir well.
  5. Mix in paprika and black pepper, then return the chicken to the skillet and stir to coat.
  6. Let the chicken simmer in the sauce until the flavors blend, then add fresh coriander and serve with rice.

Ingredients

500g ground beef.Aloha chopped mushrooms.1 finely chopped onion.½ cup breadcrumbs.1 egg.Salt and black pepper to taste.2 tbsp olive oil.1 cup cooking cream.1 Aloha Chicken Stock Cube.1 tbsp butter.1 tsp minced garlic.Chopped parsley for garnish.  Instructions 1- Prepare the meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Shape into medium-sized meatballs.2- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the meatballs until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.3- In the same skillet, melt butter, then add garlic until golden.4- Add Aloha chopped mushrooms and cook until softened. Dissolve the Aloha Chicken Stock Cube in ½ cup of water and pour it into the skillet.5- Stir in cooking cream and let it simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens.6- Return the meatballs to the skillet, coat them with the sauce, and let them cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.7- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy the rich and creamy flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Aloha Jasmine Rice.
  • 1 can Aloha Tuna.
  • 1 onion, diced.
  • 2 eggs.
  • ½ cup cooking cream.
  • 1 tbsp butter.
  • 100g mozzarella cheese.
  • Olive oil.
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper.
  • A pinch of nutmeg.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish.

 

Instructions

1- In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, then add the washed Aloha Jasmine Rice and cook.2- In a pan, prepare the tuna filling: Heat olive oil, add onion, and sauté until softened.3- Add Aloha Tuna, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg, then stir well with the onions.4- Grease a baking dish with butter. Add half of the Aloha Jasmine Rice, then spread the tuna filling over it, followed by the remaining rice.5- In a bowl, whisk eggs, salt, black pepper, and cooking cream together, then pour over the rice.6- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.7- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your meal
